Dear friends and brothers in Scouting,

Once more, Scouts of Brazil would like to invite you all to inform and take part in this 16th CQWS-HF, which means CQ World Scout Contest, that allways happens in the second weekend of April, every year.

Rules are very simple. Let's turn on our stations and let's talk about Scouting in a very nice contest.
